Retailer links and commissions
Cleats Hub participates in affiliate programmes operated by retailers including (but not limited to) Amazon, Hockey Monkey, Dick's Sporting Goods, and similar sports equipment retailers. When you click a "Buy" or "Check price" link on this site and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the retailer.
The commission rate is the same regardless of which product you buy or where it ranks in our lists. We have no financial incentive to direct you to a higher-priced item, a different brand, or a product with a better score than it deserves.
The price you pay is not affected. Affiliate commissions are paid by the retailer, not the customer.
Scores are never influenced by affiliate relationships
Every Cleats Hub Score is computed from independently published expert reviews, owner feedback, and manufacturer specifications, the same data sources whether or not we have an affiliate relationship with any retailer stocking that product.
No brand, retailer, or PR agency can pay to improve a product's score, move it up a ranking, or have a competitor's score reduced. We do not sell sponsored scores, sponsored list positions, or any similar commercial placement. See our Methodology for the full picture of how scores are built.
No paid placements
Placement in a "Best of" list, a featured card on the homepage, or a recommendation in an article is determined entirely by score and relevance, not by commercial relationships. We do not accept payment for editorial coverage, product features, or positive reviews.
Retailer selection
We try to surface links to retailers with competitive prices and reliable stock. We do not favour retailers that offer higher commission rates over those with lower ones. If a retailer regularly has the best price for a product, it will appear first, not because of what they pay us, but because it's the best deal for you.
