The Super Tacks 9360 Ice hockey skates are excellent for hockey players wishing to move up from a real beginner skate to an elite. Additionally, for a player who wants some premium features at a lesser price.
The CCM Super Tacks 9360 Senior Hockey Skates are another example of CCM Hockey continuing to push the envelope in ice hockey skate innovation. Super Tacks 9360 provide the best combination of performance, comfort, and effectiveness and is made to accommodate a variety of players.

What are the CCM Super Tacks 9360 Skates made of? Are they durable?
Using a novel ergonomic boot-shaping method, the Super Tacks 9360 Skates Quarter Package’s Reinforced 3D Injected boot offers excellent comfort and durability. This skate also has a stiffness performance index of 125, making it a reliable foundation for a satisfying skating experience.
The Super Tacks include the same ADV Pro moulded tongue that we’ve seen on other high-end CCMs, and it’s fantastic. It moulds well over the upper ankle and is padded in all the right areas.
In fact, CCM actually removed some cushioning where data indicated it wasn’t necessary. Thus, reducing weight from prior iterations while maintaining a high level of comfort and protection. Finally, a molded outer covering provides a comfortable surface for the laces to glide against.
Are CCM Super Tacks 9360 Skates Comfortable? And how do they fit?
When the stakes are high in a game, we all start to perspire, and there’s nothing more uncomfortable than feeling your sweat wick back through your socks. Amazingly, the TotalDri liner draws moisture away from your foot. It also directs it to a specially designed vent in the sole of the carbon boot body.
As a result of the Durazone Abrasion patches, there is absolutely no slippage at all. I’ve worn these skates hard and appreciate how well they hold my foot and keep me dry.
The 9360 provides a form-fitting 360-degree fit across your forefoot, heel, and ankle, just like its siblings in the Tacks lineup. Comfort and protection are provided by a 7mm felt tongue with additional cushion and embossed lace-bite protection.
Heat molding allows for a flawless custom fit of your foot in the CCM Super Tacks 9360 Senior Hockey Skates. The basic footbed from CCM that comes with the 9360s gives the wearer support and comfort.
The Super Tacks skates fit entirely differently than the original Tacks skates, to start. As previously mentioned, the original Tacks had a wide fit, which is most typical of Bauer Nexus skates.
The Super Tacks now fit like a Bauer Supreme skate: they are incredibly tight, stiff, and sculpted. The Super Tacks skates, as they say, fit like a glove.
They offer a complete “foot-to-skate” connection by wrapping around the player’s feet without losing any space. This indicates that the most energy is transferred during each stride, leading to quicker acceleration and greater speed on the ice.
How do CCM Super Tacks 9360 Skates Perform?
The Super Tacks ice skates come standard with CCM’s proprietary SpeedBlade 4.0 holders and SpeedBlade Black runners. The SpeedBlade 4.0 holders are found on all of CCM’s mid-range to top-of-the-line skates. They have an aggressive forward pitch for faster strides and sharper turns.
The SpeedBlade 4.0 holders, unlike the TUUK LightSpeed Edge holders featured on Bauer skates, need a screwdriver to replace the runners, which is a significant drawback.
The steel runners made of SpeedBlade Black are incredibly inventive. Because they are made of premium oxidized steel, the edges survive a lot longer than those of conventional steel.
Additionally, the black tone makes any burrs and nicks exceedingly obvious. The black steel complements the black and yellow boot beautifully from an aesthetic standpoint. Another excellent feature of the CCM Super Tacks ice skates is their SpeedBlade Black runners.
The bottom of each boot on the Super Tacks skates is vent-shaped like a coffin. All game long, players’ feet stay dry and comfortable thanks to this vent’s rapid sweat flow through and out of the skate.
In addition to providing dry feet in the middle of a game, the vent also stops sweat and melted ice from remaining on the skates after the game is done. This keeps them smelling fresher for a longer amount of time.
Is there a difference between the Senior, Intermediate, Junior and Youth versions of CCM Super Tacks 9360 Skates?
When you first put on your skates, push your foot forward until your flat toes just contact the toe cap. You can see behind the heel of your foot as it descends the skate by bending your knee forward.
The skates are too big if you can easily insert a finger behind the heel. Place the tip of your finger firmly between the heel of your foot and the back of the skate.
Each player may have a particular fit, but generally speaking, hockey skates should be one and a half sizes smaller than your shoe size. Most players believe this will be a close game. For instance, you should choose a skate size 7.5 if your U.S. men’s shoe size is 9.
SENIOR Hockey Skates
Adults and fully grown children with a Men’s US shoe size of 8 or larger can wear skates.
Intermediate Hockey Skates
Kids between the ages of 10 and 13 who wear US shoe sizes 5 to 7 can fit into intermediate hockey skates.
JUNIOR Hockey Skates
made for children who wear US shoe sizes 2 to 4.5 and are between the ages of 8 and 10.
YOUTH Hockey Skates
made to fit children with US juvenile shoe sizes of 1.5 or less who are 9 years old or under.
Our Verdict/Overall Thoughts on CCM Super Tacks 9360 Skates
The CCM Super Tacks skates are essentially perfect in every way. After baking them and skating in them a few times, they become considerably more comfortable. They are really stiff right out of the box.
The CCM Super Tacks will be ideal for you if you want a skate that lives up to the hype. The CCM Super Tacks 9360 Skates offer outstanding value and performance for this reasonable price of US$159.99.

I’m the former footballer/athlete, who could have gone pro was it not for my knee injury! Never heard that before, have you? Jokes aside, my life nowadays really revolves around work, fitness, watching A LOT of sports and spending time with the ones I love (add blogging to that!)
